Problem: Swivel Pay’s previous payment process was a major pain point for users, riddled with unnecessary steps and friction. The redesigned interface, as shown, delivers a streamlined, intuitive experience, simplifying transactions with fewer steps and minimal friction.

As a Lead Product Design Consultant, I’m spearheading a thrilling initiative to infuse AI processes into Swivel Payments’ loan payment system. We’re reimagining its information architecture and design with the goal of creating an intelligent, user-centric interface. Our collaboration aims to transform the payment experience for their substantial 10M monthly transactions. Integrating AI not only streamlines the process but also personalizes the user experience.
