As the Head of Design at UST, I led the design of the OTIS Cab Creator tool, a web application designed to be a studio for the creation of elevator cabs. This complex tool allows engineers and designers to collaborate in real time, ensuring all designs are compliant and meet technical requirements. Through interviews and a user-centered design approach, we created an innovative solution that revolutionized the cab design cycle.
