As Kony’s Director of User Experience, my job was to build a team of top product designers across the USA from 5 to 30 and implement a design process to support internal and external customers. My product design team supported two key areas of the company: designing Kony Studio for visual mobile development and providing client product design services through our Kony studio. With my team of 30 UI/UX designers, we created cutting-edge digital solutions for top financial institutions globally. Our user-centered designs, coupled with Kony’s proprietary software, delivered seamless and innovative mobile applications across multiple channels. Our success not only led to valuable partnerships but also established Kony as a recognized leader in digital enterprise, and banking solutions.
