As Head of Product Design at UST, I led a team of designers in developing the “Smart Archives” web application for Equifax. This complex project enabled Equifax analysts to better understand the impact of credit and loans on customers, providing insight into US-wide credit trends. Working closely with Equifax as a premiere account, we delivered a user-friendly interface that streamlined the process and improved overall efficiency.
