As a Design Leader Consultant for Fidelity & Guaranty Life, I led the team in creating a document management system for all employees, facilitating the processing and transactions of Life Insurance Policies. From information architecture to UX prototype, visual design, and implementation, I worked hands-on with stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams. The project was challenging, but through collaboration and user-centered design, we delivered a successful solution.
