As the Head of Design at UST, my team collaborated with DELL to develop the Virtual Security Consultant (VSC) web dashboard application. The VSC is a comprehensive tool designed to ensure that all computers undergo security checks and comply with policies, while also providing technical agents with assistance. From information architecture to full prototypes, we delivered a user-centric design that addressed the complexity of the project, resulting in a successful launch.
