As the Principal Product Designer for SmartCoffee ‘concept’, I was entrusted with the unique challenge of architecting a menuless, AI-driven coffee ordering application tailored for the modern urban commuter. SmartCoffee, inspired by real-life user stories like “Janet’s”, is designed to intuitively anticipate user preferences, adapt to their daily routines, and provide a seamless ordering experience.
My role was comprehensive, spanning from Information Architecture (IA) to curating the content strategy, sculpting the dynamic UI design based on AI responses, and crafting the engaging video spot that showcases the product’s capabilities. Collaborating closely with our engineering teams, I transformed user-centric design concepts into a tangible product that promises to reshape the way we think about coffee ordering.
